Terms and conditions

Welcome to my little art shop!

Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a payment issue.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • I do not collect or store any credit card information on my systems.

Shipping

  • I ship to addresses using the local Post system of the U.S.
  • Shipping delays due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues is unfortunately outside of my control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order! I am not responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns

  • If a print arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I will replace this print.
  • Due to the nature of art prints, I cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or error.

Privacy

  • Your privacy matters to me! I only collect information needed to process and ship your order (name, address, payment information, and any order details).
  • I do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes or any other reason.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and content are © Anemeda.
  • Prints purchased are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

Shop Rules

  • Orders are processed in the order received. Please allow a couple business days for processing before shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • I highly recommend inspecting prints upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly!

Liability

  • I am not responsible for damages or loss incurred during shipping (except in cases of verified carrier damage).
  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

  • I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
